Geography 2050 (2021) Day One Introductions

The Geography 2050 symposium aims to explore the theme of a more equitable future and the role of geography and geospatial science in achieving that. The symposium acknowledges the existence of inequity and the need to address it for the survival and well-being of humanity. It emphasizes the responsibility of individuals and organizations, including the American Geographical Society (AGS), to actively contribute to creating a more equitable future.
