Michael Moran

Michael Moran is the Chief Operating Officer of PredaSAR Corporation.In this role, Moran leads the strategic operations of the company.

In 2014, Moran completed 26 years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force retiring in the rank of Colonel. His service included command assignments at the squadron, group and wing levels and a career that spanned space, launch, cyber, airborne, and foreign military sales programs. 

Moran holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, a Master of Science in Military Operational Art & Science from Air University, a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University as a Senior Executive Fellow and holds certifications as a Program Management Professional and Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
